I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone, the sales person Asha, the Manger Derrick and the direct manager Lucio has consistently lied about a rug I purchased over 90 days ago. They claim it's not on back order, but I have yet to receive it. At the time of purchase Derrick was, as he called himself "Mr make it happen " now I wondering what happened. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! I ordered a credenza, table with chairs, etc. All items equated to almost 6k. I ordered these items on 8/15/25. I have had to go to the store on FOUR occasions and each time I was told they are on their way, in the warehouse, it’ll be just 2 weeks, you name it. It’s not 2 months later and still do not have the chairs for my table. I finally requested a refund for my chairs and table being that I am sick of having to deal with this place. I ordered my furniture over a year ago in May of 2024. Unfortunately the location I originally ordered from closed down after the hurricane in 2024 so I didn't get updates on my order which is understandable. When I was finally informed my furniture was available for pick up in early 2025 my marble table came broken so they needed to replace it. Since then I've called to ask for an update and they tell me I will be called back in 48 hours but I never do get called back. I've called several times. I'm already paying on my fur... read more
The warranty department doesn’t work with the customer and refuses to appreciate the hard working people That buy their furniture! I wish I could take it back today! Who gives the customer a 4 hour window but doesn’t call to alert the approximate arrival. Now I have to go another 2 weeks with broken furniture that’s suppose to be brand new!
