My husband and I bought a sleeper sofa and love seat set. We were told we would be able to pick them up from the warehouse in about two weeks. After those 2 weeks we began calling to get updates about our furniture and kept getting the run around. 2 additional weeks pass before we get the call. When we get to the warehouse we wait for 3 hours while they search for our couches. They assured us they were there, they just couldn’t find them. Do not purchase anything from them! They are a revolving door of the worst customer service!! no one wants to take accountability for the lack of communication and integrity when dropping the ball. I purchased a couch from these people that was just about 3000.00 and it took them close to an entire year to replace the couch that had a defect, something that should have taken no more then 6 to 8 weeks do to the couch being a custom piece. I'm highly upset, beware of the Humble location. They sold me a broken couch......... I feel like a pingpong bouncing back and forth with them and corporate, being placed on hold, hung up on, told I would be called back no returned calls. I'm furious and highly upset.
