Don’t buy from here !!!Go somewhere else !!ordered two couches and them hey came w/ the wrong pillows . I have waited 2 moths for one pillow and it seems like the communication chain is broken

I purchased from Exclusive once. The free TV that I was supposed to get, was a cheaper brand than what I was told. I brought this up at the time and was dismissed. If they can't be trusted with keeping their word with the small stuff, how can we expect to trust them with the bigger stuff? Lesson learned. I do not do business with establishments I do not trust.

Do not recommend buying anything from them! We have been waiting on the benches for our table since August! When we bought our table they delivered the wrong benches that do not match. We have called/ texted our sales guy Jeremy and have got no answer. When we call or visit the store we get the run around about the benches and how “they take time to make”. Every time we call the store all they can say is we will need to call you back.

I bought furniture here and I’m heaving a hard time getting my furniture. They deliver the wrong furniture plus they didn’t deliver all. They promised to corrected the next few days and it’s being a week and I still haven’t got it fix. I am very frustrated and I wish no one goes thru this frustration. Moving is not easy and they are making it even worse. I chose this place because is close by and I regretted. Worse experience ever!

Horrible customer service. Been waiting on delivery for two days now. Everyone you talk to lies about the delivery time including the Store manager Ivan. It’s 9:40 pm and we are still waiting for the delivery. Driver called and said they were in Katy Texas and I live in Conroe. They probably won’t show up again. Don’t do business with them. Once they get your money they could care less about you

UPDATE‼️‼️‼️ I recently wrote a post with an outstanding review because I was pleased initially with my seller, Dera and the humble location. However, what I thought was great experience has TURNED FOR THE WORST 😒👎🏽. My husband and I closed on our new home Monday, June 27th. We ordered furniture from Exclusive Furniture on Thursday, June 28th and received a delivery date of Friday, June 29th between 8-1pm when 1pm came we received an automated phone call stating it’ll now be between 4-7pm (we waited the entire day). update in my previous recommendation... I was satisfied with service but today almost 3 months later my daughter's bed breaks like literally she was laying down and the wood just snapped and she's not a heavy set person ... Salesman said it was good quality material but for 3 months I don't think so smdh

My original shopping experience in store was great. But after that it turned sideways. Spent almost $10,000 on a full house of furniture, the main delivery with most of my items was not delivered and set up until 10pm(3 hours past deliver time) and the delivery guy barely spoke English, the language barrier was near to impossible to communicate. He could not figure out how to get to my house(new build and was not on GPS) I told him the neighborhood and he still could not understand my verbal directions, so I had to go drive... read more

I can’t complain about the floor service . Obviously they act superb so that you will purchase something. After your purchase, customer service dealing with your order is completely incompetent and have no courtesy to the customer. We requested a redelivery for our purchase due to complications on scheduled day of delivery and the woman NEVER rescheduled ! UNBELIEVABLE !! No courtesy email , no follow up, absolutely NOTHING from their end saying the reschedule has not gone through or not available for the date requested . ... read more
