I was approved on Monday 6/28 with Progressive for $1400, went there just now, Friday 7/2, and was told it was expired. They wouldn’t honor it nor tell you it’s a time limit to use it. Needless to say ROOMS TO GO got my business. They don’t even try to make you happy or honor something so they way I see the sales guy didn’t want to make a sale anyway.
Horrible Customer Service, give incorrect quotes on delivery dates.
Don’t waste you money on this cheap furniture! I haven’t even had my bed set a month and the rails already broke! And apparently it’s my fault because I have wood floors! Each beam needs 2 leg supports but the only put 1 leg on every other beam! Now they are trying to make me buy some new rails!

Worst service ever. Ordered my kids bunk bed , on day of delivery after waiting at home for 6 hours they showed and realized parts were missing to complete the setup. Today (Wednesday) I was told at 5pm the driver is 10 minutes away, it is now 8 15pm and still no driver. Sad part they left all the pieces of the bunk bed scattered in my kids bedroom .. Was promised mattress set on Saturday. Was told Saturday evening they would not have mattress until Wednesday. Told them to cancel order I would go elsewhere as we needed mattress on that day. They did not want to cancel, was told they do not cancel orders. Phone call to card issuer says otherwise. Customer service is of no help. Thankfully this was not a cash sale, so we are protected and will not suffer a financial loss. Would not recommend, go somewhere else.
My furniture was poorly made. It had rusted pushpins and some were missing, the pillow cushions had the stuffing coming out due to the incomplete seams. I can feel the wood when I put my feet on the ottoman . I thought that with a name like Exclusive they would have better craftsmanship but unfortunately that’s not the case.They are refusing to replace or refund my money so basically I’m screwed. I spent 2500 cash at this establishment, and I've yet to see my furniture 2 months later. customer service over the phone today was very unpleasant. Company refuses to hold itself accountable. Bought a 2 piece power recliner set that has charging capabilities. The first day it arrived the components began to malfunction and burned a cable and ruined my iPhone 11 that is STILL NOT ABLE TO CHARGE. Every time I speak with someone I’m giving promises of a manager reaching out and I still haven’t heard from them. NOTHING, once they have your money they don’t care about you!!!!!
