Two locations right beside each other. One is a high-rise and the other, a single level. My locker is in the single level. They're cheaper. I do think the high-rise has better climate control. No issues. Ample parking. Never any problems getting in or out of the coded driveway or building entrance.

Sara has been extremely friendly and helpful making this a very seamless transaction. She is kind enough to check on me whenever I see her out on the property to make sure I'm doing ok and is sincere about making sure my storage experience continues to meet all my expectations. I have taken note and watched how hard she works first hand and want to personally thank her for keeping the place clean, her excellent follow up and she gets 100 in the customer service department.
Sara, Was amazing and helpful..quick and very informative She made me laugh with making this transition today. The property is clean and very spacious and the customer service is A1 If I'd say so myself.

The manager Sara is awesome. The only downside is that they increase your rent whenever they want...That's a big downside...

Marlon is the best!!! I use a storage unit for work and had to switch locations to the Old Fourth Ward location. I always appreciated Marlon and the team at the Cheshire Bridge location, but now that I see so much difference in the level service, professionalism, and quality I had to come back and write a review. This Extra Space Storage location was perfect! My first interaction was with Marlon and he was so knowledgeable and extremely outgoing. My things fit perfectly in the 5x10 unit and move in was a breeze with the carts provided.When I was ready to terminate my contract, Courtney I believe helped me, made everything so easy and let me know I could always come back.
