Marlon was very helpful during our move in made sure we had everything we needed. The building and units are very clean and very secure. I would definitely recommend to friends in need of storage.

Extra Space has been incredibly generous and helpful with our storage needs. Marlon was especially accommodating as we found the unit that was the right size for our needs and available on the day we needed it. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone in the Atlanta area!

Super helpful. Great service. Drove me to my space and even carried in a bulky box. Met fed ex and game them the keys so I didn't have to make a separate trip.

I needed a storage facility asap due to a housing situation that went array last minute. I reserved my unit at 10:45 Wed eve. Thurs am a very jovial, friendly and warm man called to confirm my reservation. I stopped by there after work to fill out paperwork and the same man, Marlon, helped me with my paperwork. He was so very nice which was much appreciated during a stressful time. I have been a very happy customer with this Extra Space Storage location for over three years now!!! Not only is the entire storage site well-maintained and clean, but it is in a fabulous location and the management is really top-notch!! I give them an A+ for three years in a row now and highly recommend them to you if you have storage needs.

False advertisement to lure you in. They were eager to enter into a contract for $61/month. 2 months later the increase went from $61 to $120/minth. Two months after that it went to $188/month. They told me they can increase my rate every 4 months. I'm so disgusted and feel trapped. There is no one at corporate to talk to.

They just raised our payment by $60. This place is FILTHY, there are NO CARTS they have disappeared. The public bathroom is NEVER OPEN. So if you are in your storage unit and have to go you are screwed. I would not recommend this place. The staff is nasty and the facility itself is dirty. They have placed some portable units in the middle of the parking lot, that make it very hard to navigate and on top of it they flood. A new manager is needed this place is a mess

So, I've had stuff in this storage unit for a few years (so they're not that bad), but the last time I went over there all my stuff was wet! I called and spoke to the manager, who said "nothing I can do;" Basically, I'm on my own and they are in no way responsible. It's a tough situation, my unit's locked, the other units are locked, so I get that there is not much they can do, but it would have been nice to have some concern from the management, not just a blanket refusal to do anything. Needless to say, I moved out.

This place charged me for 3 months when I only used 2. It cost $250 a month so it was not cheap. Charges for services not used and makes it the customer's fault for not notifying them early enough of the move out prior to their billing. Other places charge and prorate based on date you move in and out not by your billing. Who has time to keep tabs on that in the middle of moving?! Did not feel safe at this location either where it is dark outside at night and a lot of theft occur.
