Do not rent a storage unit here! When you move out they will continue to charge you for the rental unit and not credit your money back. I was just charged for two-month even though I moved out two months ago. They have rats that eat your furniture and make homes in your boxes. The roof leaks water in your units. You can never get ahold of anyone when you call them and if your try to get something fixed or resolved you are met with attitude for the inconvenience. Run from here!

If you have basic stuff that you don't really care about fine! Things are too exposed in a climate controlled environment to be called climate control. Each unit is accessible to the next persons unit at the top, which is more likely to allow pests and critters to move about freely. Too bootleg and expensive here!

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. I have been a customer for over 2 years. Not even 2 months ago, I was informed of possible water damage due to a "storm" (that later I found out was a contracting company doing roof maintenance who didn't properly tarp the roof, so the storm caused damage). I do not live locally, and it took 2 weeks and multiple escalations to corporate to get the local management to respond and enable family to assess the situation. I had a storage unit there for a little over five years. I first started out with an indoor unit, 5x10 which was nice because of the temperature control. I need to move to a little bigger unit so I moved up to a 10x10 unit outside, which was the same price as the 5x10 indoor unit. I understand that and did not have an issue with this. Each year that I was there I received a $20 - $50 increase to my monthly charge. This year my charge was going to be $250/month for an outdoor unit. Do not rent from this center. They keep jacking up our prices and their explanation was that since all leases are month to month they can charge whatever they feel like. Seriously. That's what they told us. I don't think that they should raise our rent willy-nilly based on greed - that is just not sitting well with us.

I just got back from a business trip and discovered that, while I gave them my credit card information when I rented the second unit, they DID NOT CHARGE MY CARD as I was led to believe for the first month's rent. Instead, I came back to find that they also added a $10 delinquent feel to my bill. SO: 1. I rent the new unit. 2. They take my payment information. 3.
