I had a wonderful experience here at Extra Space Storage. Marlon was incredibly helpful to me from start to finish. I left my things in a 10x10 storage unit for over a year, and when I came back everything was still in perfect condition. When I needed help getting rid of the last few boxes from several states away, Marlon pointed me in the right direction. My space went up in cost one time over that period by an incremental amount. Kindest employees. I had a horrible week and their compassion and attention to needs was beyond the norm. Not only did they come up with a solution to the problem they went the extra mile and even gave me a free lovk to my unit. These two gentlemen turned a horrible week around. 5 stars is not even enough for this storage facility. Great staff, clean, and priced right!

Recently move from out of town and had more stuff than my small apartment could hold. This storage facility is clean and the staff are very nice and friendly. Love the climate controlled units and the easy access.

I was so surprised when I walked into the storage facility on Cheshire Bridge the manager Marlon was very professional and definitely knew what he was talking about he took care of my storage needs, I have to say that I would highly recommend the storage facility for any of your storage needs I will look forward to using them in the future

I needed space to store for a limited time between moves. Extraspace offered this at a fair price. The facility on Cheshire Bridge is clean and well maintained. I will recommend this location in the future.

I used this facility a year ago and had nothing but great treatment. I needed a space again and even though this is out of my way i had to come back because Marlon is the bomb! He is curteous, funny and takes a lot of pride at this location. Its so nice to have people out there that have customer service skills! Marlon deserves a Huge raise!!

I have been storing here off & on for 10+ years and this facility and its staff set the bar for any other storage facility. I attempted to store elsewhere once when the rates went up and there was no comparison to the cleanliness, security and impeccable service that Marlon and his team at Extra Space provide... So I paid the increase which is worth every penny and went back to Extra Space! I can't imagine storing with any other company! Marlon and his staff know everyone by name which is almost unheard of with businesses ... read more

Have only just rented space from Eric who was helpful and efficient. As customers came in, he appeared to know them by name which gave the impression of good customer service. My experience limited but so far excellent marks.
