Great staff! Facility was nice and clean! Only complaint is that the door to the facility was a lever knob. When trying to carry furniture out it would've been nice to have an automatic door

Things were great, clean units, friendly staff always willing to help! Used storage unit for 13 months! Would use again if needed. World class company!

I have always found the staff at Extra Space Storage of Orange to be as accomodating to my needs as possible. Always responsive, helpful, and couteous. The site is well lit, fenced in, and clean. They have both environmentally controlled units, as well as detatched garage size units. Location is just a bonus!
Overall great service, storage was always clean and kept in good condition. Truly recommend them!

went to many other places , and when i came here i was surprised as to how clean and the price was fair as well , my daughter is coming back home from college and i need to store her belonging luis was so helpful .

To the reviewers complaining about the rate increase and surprise charges... REALLY, people? It's all right there in black and white, and if you rent in-person instead of online it's all explained to you in great detail. No excuses. My recent experience here could not have been better. We needed a short-term unit when downsizing my father's house. Super easy. Then we needed a place to park one of his cars. Super easy. Outstanding self storage facility. I have utilized other self storage facilities in the tri-state area over a number of years, and this one is top notch. From the conditions of the unit and the maintenance of the property. To the on-site management that is available 24 hours a day. The facility is well monitored and very secure.
