Very professional and accommodating. They worked with my daughter to make sure she did not have unnecessary charges and changed the move on date to accommodate her. Couldn't have been nicer or more professional.

Very clean facility with affordable rates. There is onsite trash and recycle bins and a manager lives onsite for safety reasons. The front office sells basic moving supplies and the staff were very courteous. You need to provide your own lock, or buy one for $14 at the front desk.

Everyone was really helpful and attentive when I had questions about setting up my storage space. I finally went in to get the space, and Luis was very nice and extremely fast and efficient with getting the paperwork processed. He answered all my questions and let me know all the ways I could get a hold of them, even after hours.

I've rented space at this facility 3 times in the last couple of years. They are great to work with, very reliable and the facility is clean and secure. Luis is quick, courteous and competent and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this facility and the company as a whole. They know their business.

New customer. The place is very clean & appears to be organized. Staff's very friendly & helpful. Would live for the gate to be open to customers till at least 12mid, due to some people work hours are till 11pm. Had another storage, inside & out, both were 24hr access if requested, without having a garage size storage bin, overall, prices seem fair so far, will see how all goes with the facility, as the months go by.

I have had a unit at extra space storage in orange for 2 yrs now and have yet to have any problems accecpt with one late payment fee that was waived as a courtesy. As long as my unit is paid on time I havent had any issues. Louie who's one the employees has always been very helpful and informative especially with the process of getting my unit.

I have a online business needed a place to store my inventory chose the closest facility Extra space Storage . I made my reservation online went to facility to be greeted by a friendly sales representative eager to get me to rent me a storage unit I payed for 3 months in advance. Start day November 1st to January 30th. I'm also in the process of moving to a new apartment so a lot going on. The manager, Dave is extraordinary! He cares about the property and his job. His corporate leaders though...legal thieves. Once my stuff was in, every few months I get massive increases with NO proper notification like texts I get when I pay them to confirm. They sneak them in. I have fought many times and they do partial decreases. I'm paying more for storage than a luxury car payment. No temperature control. They simply don't care. I'm hiring a U-Haul to move to a new storage company. What a business model!
