I had unit 3544 for over a year, after several months of having the unit it seemed that there was water leaking in the unit. I told the guy working, he said there shouldn't be and maybe it just seemed that way. Again the problem occurred, this time whole boxes were soaked so much they were falling apart. The guy came down and seen that there was water damage took pictures and said they would call me when they found another unit available. No call ever came. Be careful when you rent from Extra Space Storage. Look into all other storage options because this is a greedy operation. When you sign their storage contract, they do not tell you the dates and amounts of future rate increases. Turns out, they raise their rates after only 5 months of storage. They know that, once they have your stuff, you are not going to want to pay the moving man to move it again - so you are trapped, and they know it, and they take advantage of it. Like I said, look elsewhere.
