Manager was very knowledgable & helpful in helping us figure out what size was best for our outer state move. She understood the complexity of our move & even knew how to handle our truck size! We would use them again for any/all our storage needs!

Clean facility, well lit, plenty of docks and dollies. I ended up getting assigned a locker that was already taken, but Alex was awesome in getting the whole situation fixed with as little hassle as possible. I've had similar sized units for half the price in downtown Chicago, which is why I don't think the value is top tier, but the customer service and ease to access make it a solid option in the suburbs. If you're not considering long-term storage ($$$), then this place can be valuable in a pinch.

Was very easy to reserve my unit & complete the necessary "paperwork" online. The facility is very clean. I received multiple calls to check in on my experience. Highly recommend! (especially opposed to the other storage company with 2 facilities very near to this one, they were extremely difficult to do business with).
