Couldn't be any happier with the handling of my storage unit. Debbie was extremely helpful in getting the paperwork completed and giving us full access to our unit to make the move in past normal business hours. Unit is clean as well as throughout the entire building. Great experience. Sharon H.
Great place clean and friendly staff they for sure get 4 stars, I did however think the rate was a little high.
So far I have had a great experience with Extra Space storage! Deb & Vickie have been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I made my reservation online and received a phone call the next day from them about the storage unit. When I came in, Vickie was accomodating and attentive. The price was great and the facility is clean and has a great layout.
Awesome facility!! Very clean as well! Debbie and staff are great and will help you with whatever size storage unit that is needed! I would recommend to everyone!
My 3 star rating is based on the following... The actually facility, once you get past the gates, is great--5 stars The customer service is not so great--2 stars The gate to get into the facility is AWFUL--1 star Inside the facility: It's extremely clean. The lighting is great and the sensor works well so the lights actually turn on (unlike some places I've been). They have a good amount of carts to use. Initially, I was very pleased with my storage unit and the experience. Unfortunately, they have continued to significantly raise the prices during my time with them. They give me 30 days notice, but there is no appeal process or formal way to request a price freeze. They have complete autonomy and no accountability-so you have no options except to endure the inconvenience of finding a new storage facility and moving your items.
