Facility is clean yes and they are all to happy to set you up on auto pay when you start renting a unit , actually kind of just set you up like it or not . But watch your charges and bring a lawyer to scrutinize all your paperwork you receive here , a lock , insurance, etc. You don't know this when you have never used storage and they know it . I would not recommend using this storage facility. My review is based on numerous issues. To start, I was putting more stuff in my unit and noticed buckets in the hallway. I asked what was going on and only when I asked I was told there was a leak in the roof. I had to take everything out of my unit and line it with tarps. Everytime you call there you have to wait for the one and only worker there to call you back. That can take hours. They are not very attentive. The lady assistant manager on duty is horrible all she keep trying to do was up sell me. She was rude n because I wanted online price I couldn't get first month free but her competition next store gave me the deal. Stay away this lady is and this place. Very rude customer service. Never will I rent from here. Spent over hour at place for nothing. Garbageeeeeeeede serviceeeeeeeeeee

Moved the remainder of my aunts furniture here in March. They were all too happy to set me up with auto payment for my monthly rental but that's where the customer service stopped. My keys to my unit are unrecoverable. I called and Debbie told me that the lock could be cut but needed to be to facility by 4:30. I was traveling an hour to get there and ran into traffic. I have been a customer since 4/2013. I needed a place for electrical materials and it was close to home. NOTHING but issues the entire time. NEVER give them your credit card period. First payment month I had them manually enter my crd info for auto payments, and 2 weeks later I get calls from her saying im past due with fees. She messed up the autopay, and wouldn't waive the fees for her mistake. Now to my recent disaster with this company. One of my business rents storage from this facility. I did the initial sign-up online and when I went in I had to redo the entire application because they don't get any of the data from the internet. Fast forward to today and I had the account setup on auto-pay using a company credit card since my company pays the bills. Deb calls and tells me that the auto-pay failed, 7 days ago, and that I have been charged a $10 late fee and that she needs to have this rectified today.
