I was very pleased with customer service, cleanliness, and lighting of location in Tinley Park. I HIGHLY recommend this location for south suburb convenience.....THUMBS UP!!!

Deb is amazing. We have rented multiple units as my sister liquidates her house after the death of her husband. The kindness and compassion are wonderful, but the courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism of Deb has made the process easier.
I walked in and Debbie presented excellent customer service and even took me on a demo of a unit I was interested in! She was very detailed and thorough with the whole process and made me feel at ease.

The facility was clean and the customer service deliver by Liz excellent!! She took the extra time to show me multiple units to make sure I rented the best unit for my heeds, she helped pick proper insurance, and she thoroughly explained rental procedures! Debbie was amazing! She helped me set up my storage unit in California from the Tinley Park location. Definitely recommend this place!
Johnathan and his counterpart, on both occasions I have been to my unit, were extremely gracious and helpful when assisting me with all of my storage needs. Not only was I taken care of and properly onboarded, I was also sent a reminder call because I had mentioned I wanted to make changes to my account by a certain day. The customer support was above and beyond my expectations and great job to this team.
Deb worked with me in getting everything set up. Very responsive and helpful. Building is neat and clean. Would recommend Extra Storage to anyone looking.
Pros: - Fairly clean facility - There are carts to move things into and out of units (assuming people aren't using them) - There is a loading area to park your vehicle in right by the door (again assuming people aren't using them) - It's climate controlled, though still fairly cold inside when it's cold outside. It's not freezing, but cold enough that I was concerned about stored laptops being damaged.
