I like this place, very clean, protected and the agent managing the place is accessible. Cost of the rent is manageable, the company worked with me when the up charge happened. I can recommend this storage.

8180 old canal rd, anaheim ... The online process was streamlined, easy to navigate and understand. The check-in process and orientation was perfect. Danny answered all my questions and was also proactive giving me information that was very helpful. He was professional, curteous, and efficient. Extra Space Storage is clean, easy to navigate and very secure. I recommend this facility.

What a seamless process. Everything was done online within a matter of minutes. The mobile app is a great feature as it lets you manage your rental, make payments and conveniently allows you to use NFC to key into the facility or to manually key in your access code. Danny was very helpful. We appreciate all of the time he spent with us in helping us getting the right sized storage unit. We are impressed by the cleanliness of the building.
Went in to find a small unit to keep decorations in and got some great help. Walked thru and checked out a couple of units with the gentleman there. Was very helpful and start to finish was about 15min. Nice to have an app to go with it. Would definitely recommend it to other people. Only time will tell how well secure the units are and how safe my belongings will be there.

Good, clean and well lit storage. Cameras everywhere, makes me feel better about leaving my valuables in storage room. Customer service in person and over the phone very polite and helpful. Best advice go online and get the online price Vs. Over the phone price! I have no idea why it's cheaper online but it is.
