Extra Space Storage is clean inside and outside. Customer service is friendly and informative. I have two units with Extra Space Storage and both serve all my storage needs and beyond. I like the ease of getting in the door and the available hand trucks help with transporting my items for storage. The first floor is nice but elevators make it easy to move small to large size items to upper floors. Parking is easy as well as access.
