I'm really use storage companies partially because of the poor service.I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this sort facility day was very precious helpful and friendly. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend this one.

Sandy is the best! She literally saved my life when moving and totally made making the storage rental process so amazing! They had an amazing special for going on so I had amazing rate! PODS failed me by canceling my storage with in two hours of not hearing from me and Sandy created solutions I needed to hear when I was in a panic.

Very good experience. Danny (store manager) was friendly. Rates were very affordable. Units were easily accessible and hours of operation were ver amenable.

What I needed its temperature control I have access till 10 p.m. no gated situation it's always clean everybody's friendly the several entries into the actual facility big roomy elevators always have a cart handy and Sham the customer service rep at the front was amazing and helpful thorough and yet he didn't take half a day to get my process finished and they have a restroom on site but you can always go next door to the Home Depot if it's past 6 p.m. I wish I could give it more than more stars near the freeway near gas sta... read more

I've always been happy here. The staff is always cheerful. I've stored here a long time and I've never had any problems. The site is clean, there are plenty of carts and the security is excellent! Big thank you to Patricia and Steve!
