Was able to move in without any difficulty or fuss. Not only did the staff at the location help me with paperwork they also helped me co-ordinate my move in timing so that I wouldn't be paying for 2 storage units at the same time!
Luis with Extra Space Storage on McGrath Highway in Cambridge was an absolute gem, working with me every step pf the way...even when I had a few challenges of my own making. Couldn't have had a more helpful professional.

Staff (Thyago) was very responsive on the phone and in person, working to find the right size unit for me. Also very friendly. I appreciate the customer friendly access hours, especially since I was moving from a competitor with poor customer service.
