Was able to move in without any difficulty or fuss. Not only did the staff at the location help me with paperwork they also helped me co-ordinate my move in timing so that I wouldn't be paying for 2 storage units at the same time!

Super helpful person on phone, easy to set up the whole thing on the phone including contract, great location, space is just right.
Staff (Thyago) was very responsive on the phone and in person, working to find the right size unit for me. Also very friendly. I appreciate the customer friendly access hours, especially since I was moving from a competitor with poor customer service.
