Outstanding Facility - Great Service - Fantastic Location. Not like other storage facilities that you see along the highways, this place was CLEAN and the staff was more than helpful.

I just got my storage space today but so far I am extremely satisfied. I initially contacted them because of the reviews I saw here on yelp, but John is who sealed the deal. He was so friendly and informative on the phone I went ahead and decided to go in and check it out. The facility seems well secured and kept up with plus it is climate controlled which is a must for me. I originally picked this place due to the Yelp review and I'm so glad I did. This is a terrific company to do business with. As previously reviewed the units are climate controlled and it's highly secure. But that wasn't why I picked them or why I'm rating them high. First, you can use their website to find the type of space you want and reserve it online. They even help you figure out how much storage space you need based on your stuff. Generally speaking I wouldn't get excited enough to write about a storage facility, but this place is due it's credit. I've been using difference storage units in this place for about 7 years now and have had nothing short of a good experience with these folks. The facility is climate controlled, in a great location, has video surveillance, coded entry for the front gate on entry & exit, coded entry for the doors & elevators....this place is basically the Ft. Knox of storing junk.

Do not rent a space from this storage facility. They're customer service is horrible. The owner Dylan and the District manager DD were very rude. The place is so unorganized that the owner who I spoke with did not even acknowledge that he was the owner. He called himself one of the team leaders. I had only had a rental there for only 5 months and then my rate was increased over 50% of the original rate. Terrible customer service. The representative made mistake after mistake--first quoting me the wrong price, then doubling it after realizing she was looking at the wrong units. She didn't understand how transfers worked and told me she couldn't lock in the rate. The next day, I got a call with a $110 price increase over what we had already negotiated. She kept apologizing and blaming it on "miscommunication," but the reality is she was completely unprepared and didn't know how to do her job. Extremely frustrating experience.

I'm paying for a climate controlled unit but haven't had any climate control in my area for many months now. Wasn't that big of a deal during the winter months, but all summer it has been brutally hot in my so called "climate controlled" unit. Every time I go in and complain they use the same line... "the A/C company was supposed to be here today but they didn't show up". Site management's says there is nothing they can do because the lease doesn't guarantee consistent climate control. I used to love having a unit here. It's safe, clean, and quiet. Recently I discovered the climate controlled units are not very climate controlled bc they are having trouble with their AC. No one has said anything to the clients here about that so I thought I was being helpful by letting them know what was going on. This is how I found out they've known this is an issue.
