PSA - highly recommend never using this storage facility or any Extra Space storage facility. My parents stored their belongings and paid for the insurance - when they moved to a new home, all mattresses and clothing was ruined with Mice infestation. When they approached the "manager" he advised that they knew they had an issue and tried to eradicate them but it was no use. Filed with the insurance that they paid for, and they wouldn't even cover ONE new mattress replacement let alone all the other items that were ruin... read more

I chose one star because I had to. This is for the DeZavala store. (Keep in mind that this is the owners one of ten storage businesses). I rented a 10 x 10 non-climate controlled unit in April. The manager of that store called me three times to get my business. I signed up for a monthly rate of $96. Which is a little high to begin with, but I needed a quick move out from my apartment. As you can see from Emily's empty apology to "protect our stuff" she failed miserably. Along with everyone else who had their stuff stolen. Now we can't reach anyone for our claim. How convenient. It's ok, bc Emily and her business will be held accountable 100% for their negligence in not monitoring this business. They failed on every level. DO NOT RENT HERE! THEFT! ZERO RESPONSIBILITY!!! RENTER BEWARE!!!!!

Do not - I repeat DO NOT use this place. My rates have been bumped 40% in the past 2 years-- something I have called the office and 1888 number about -- and I have not received a call back. Then tonight - the gates/doors/elevators are not working and I do not have access to my storage. I keep my luggage in my storage - and I fly out in the morning! Made a reservation and when I called to confirm if unit available the manager Eduardo with a heavy accent ask me if I stored with them in the past because a while back he used to be at Huebner location and before he proceeded I remember that he is very cocky know it all that doesn't know how to take criticism. My storage unit was broken into. They advertise 24 hour surveillance which led to "sorry, we know it was 2 individuals." The good news is they now have an empty unit available for someone else.

I don't' recommend using this facility. They offered me a discount online then refused to give me the discount when I arrived at the location to rent. They also don't return phone calls. Kinda frustrating experience, and they don't seem trustworthy.
