Leased an outside unit for some time; seemed well-secured and customer service was great. No issues!
So I barely signed a contract for month to month March 2021 and already got a notice today about my unit price increase up by $30. Thats just crazy to me. You should ask about that before signing the contract. Other than that customer service was greatly and so is the location.
We have had an excellent experience with this facility and Extraspace overall! We had a 10x20 unit for a little bit over a year; recently we requested to down size to a 10x10. James was awesome and went above and beyond to get us a smaller unit on the same floor that very same day. He worked out a very fair financial arrangement and it all went very smoothly. The location is great (once road work is done) and very secure. Highly recommend!
