I work for a small 501 C3 and we really needed A storage space to execute a major project. I called the national service to arrange the space and was able to get a space and pay online very easily, but the call center completely misspelled my first and last name making it difficult to locate my documents when I arrived on site. The on-site staff was very friendly and professional and fix the error for me right away. We will definitely use extra space again.
