My experience was good - I like the set-up and the place was clean and maintained. There was good light from the hallway to help me store my stuff inside. The only issue I had was the bathrooms were closed on Sunday when I went there; not sure if this was because of the pandemic situation.

Great location and extremely clean. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that another employees was working from a different location on the day I got my storage. Trying to get in the gate that evening was very difficult as she provided me the wrong code. Thankfully, there was an employee still on the premises that saw the problem with the code I was provided.
Quick, smooth move-in process
The Burlingame Extra Space Storage has a great management team. I loved parking inside while I worked on my storage unit. It’s very clean & safe.
Facility is clean and easy to navigate. Employees are nice. Security is pretty good. Location is good.
