I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service I received from Frankie at this location! She stayed past their closing time to assist me with a last minute reservation and was patient and kind in helping me see the unit, obtain a lock, and fill out the paperwork. Frankie made sure that when I left that day I felt secure and stress free! I love how safe the unit feels and how easy it is for me to access and manage. I never used storage before so I was a little overwhelmed. I looked at some options on line but decided to come in and view the facility before I made a final decision. The location was very clean with many cameras which was a good sign. Customer service was amazing which sold me. Anderson walked me through all of the different options for my specific needs and helped me with some promotions that I didn't see online.
