The site is great, clean, and very friendly staff. I recommend this location to everyone. Antwan helped me get set up in a breeze. Cost friendly, too. This was a no brainer for me.
other places I looked at don't have climate control and the walls don't even reach the ceiling- ridiculous. they also had drywall you could just poke through between units. This facility is safer for your stuff, better facilities and much better run.
I had to move out of the house quickly and put things in storage because of a break-in. Reina and Antwon were friendly and professional. I had rented a medium storage shed indoors and it was so clean you could eat of the floor. Great people doing a great job. Thanks!
December 30, 2024 | received this injury due to this protruding foot-long piece of metal Sticking from the wall around a blind corner. I asked for a Band-Aid in the front office, and was scoffed at. "We don't give customers bandaids. Do you think we're a Pharmacy?" I had to go to the emergency room, Had to get a tetanus shot, Had to go on antibiotics, missed two weeks of work, and now six weeks later have a lifelong scar. Extra Space storage? Worst attitude towards clients from office worker. I am a client for years, about 5. As courtesy, I let the lady at the front that someone forgot to lock their unit because, I forgot to lock it before and I was informed by Antwan that I forgot to lock my unit. I was paying the favor back. She told me that she did not like MY TONE. Chris from another unit that I have confirmed that I never gave a bad tone of voice to anyone ever. The service here is terrible. The service from the call center is terrible. Stated that there office hours on Sunday are from 6:00AM to 8:00PM. When we get to the location there is no one in the office and the front door says closed on Sunday. I have no way to access my storage space, because we needed a code to enter the building and elevator. We have a U'haul full of our house furniture. Unethical! They have a very clear issue with theft, and absolve themselves of any responsibility in their rental agreement. The lease agreement actually says "Operator exercises neither care, custody, nor control over customer's stored property and all property stored within the space or at the facility by customer shall be stored at customer's sole risk". Overall, not a bad location. However, the manager Antwan is very rude. Talks over you, tries to assert authority, but you are the customer. Remember it's your money and no one deserves to be treated so poorly. He does not take any ownership or responsibility for his actions. I do not recommend working with him now or in the future. Please take your money and items to a place where you will be respected and get a fair breakdown of costs!

I had the worst experience Extra Space Storage. I went online and reserved a unit for my storage. Then I called Extra Space Storage on the same day Tuesday the 27th. Spoke to a male representative of extra Space storage.
