Extra Storage Space, etc. has no rent control and they will go up as often as they choose. The manager refuses to allow you to go over her head and speak to District or Regional manager. She was cocky-arrogant and seemed to give off the air that she has headquarter's blessings to abuse customers as needed as they will have no recourse to anyone to complain to. This place is the absolute worst. Constant unannounced rate increase, multiple hidden fees, overpriced and undersized units and completely unresponsive management. Do NOT store your stuff here.
