Overall, not a bad location. However, the manager Antwan is very rude. Talks over you, tries to assert authority, but you are the customer. Remember it's your money and no one deserves to be treated so poorly. He does not take any ownership or responsibility for his actions. I do not recommend working with him now or in the future. Please take your money and items to a place where you will be respected and get a fair breakdown of costs!

I had the worst experience Extra Space Storage. I went online and reserved a unit for my storage. Then I called Extra Space Storage on the same day Tuesday the 27th. Spoke to a male representative of extra Space storage. Got the information I needed regarding the storage unit.On the 28th, 29th and the 30th i was called by the same male representative for Extra Space Storage .Saying will i be there to get the unit. Extra Storage Space, etc. has no rent control and they will go up as often as they choose. The manager refuses to allow you to go over her head and speak to District or Regional manager. She was cocky-arrogant and seemed to give off the air that she has headquarter's blessings to abuse customers as needed as they will have no recourse to anyone to complain to. This place is the absolute worst. Constant unannounced rate increase, multiple hidden fees, overpriced and undersized units and completely unresponsive management. Do NOT store your stuff here.
