This is my second time using this company for my storage needs. The staff at this Alabama location were great to work with. Everything was handled easily and stress free. The facility and unit was clean and kept up at all time.
Great storage facility. The office is run very professionally, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. We have lots of choices when it comes to storage but this is a choice you will not regret. Their prices are good it's easy to reserve online, I did it on my phone. When I arrived everything was already in the system all I had to do was sign some papers and show my ID. We just finished our third summer at Extra Space Storage in Redlands for my college daughters' summer storage and I cannot say enough about the facility and especially the incredibly helpful staff. Over three summers they have been extraordinarily helpful and patient with access and help with lost keys. The smallest unit is easily big enough for two or three students and all of them can be put on the contract in case a problem comes up. Very friendly staff, felt very safe. We got a 10 x 10 for a reasonable price. Very very clean. I will definitely recommend this place .
Rented a unit for three months. The entire process was quick and easy and the place seemed clean. My only gripe is when I decided to terminate the lease, there was no refund on the unused portion of the month - which I was told would happen when I signed up. However, I did notice that in the agreement itself (which I had to contact them multiple times for because I didn't get a copy for days), it does say that they will keep your rent for the entire month, regardless of when you terminate if it had already been paid. A very good place to store your "stuff", it's clean and safe. The staff that manage it are kind and helpful. They are conveniently located with easy access to your "stuff" every day. If I ever need storage again, this is the place I'd chose.
