I have had several storage units during my loooong lifetime. This was the best facility I have had. They were very friendly and the place was always very clean. Very helpful people. I just moved so no longer need there services but would not hesitate to go back if I ever need one again.
The guy was very nice and patient. His computer was down but he still was able to provide me with excellent service. Nice, clean place, good prices.
I browsed numerous storage facility websites comparing sizes/prices/etc. Extra Space had the best of all and even offered a web & first month discount. I reserved a unit online and was contacted within minutes by phone to confirm. My wife and I have lived in Redlands for the past 3 years. We actually live about 1 block south of Extra Space Storage. We finally stopped by the office and Jill, the office manager was very helpful with us. We told her what we needed and just like that she met our storage needs. Just rented storage unit at this facility. Jill did a great job helping decide which storage unit would would be best suited. Facility is nice and clean.
Let's face it. Having a storage unit full of extra stuff that you don't know what to do with, don't use, have room for or don't need is annoying, costly and just plain sucks. I wake up in the morning sometimes hoping I paid my bill on time or if I am going to soon see my belongings being sold on an episode of Storage Wars. I hate it, need to get rid of it, I am always late with my payment cause it hurts every time I pay it.
