I have to say I was very disappointed after 2 months receiving a rent increase by 50.00 dollars. I have used storage area before a usual can expect rent increase after a year... not two months.

After the third rate increase from when I started at 99.00, I am now paying 173.00 per month for a closet size 5x10 space. Time to look for another reputable company for storage.

I don't even want to give this place any stars. My boyfriend and I just arrived at our storage unit to find someone has been in our unit going through our things. It's someone who has a master key to our "extra space" bought locks. The locks were not broken, cut or tampered with. We don't know yet if anything was stolen but boxes were thrown upside down, ripped open, tote containers opened, file cabinet rummaged through, suitcases open and clothes ripped out of the suitcases. For many reasons due to this economy, I had to move my office and household belongings to Extra Space in Redlands. The price on the internet got me, as well as the location. When I called, I was told that the quoted price on the internet was not current, that it was actually $10.00 more, I then moved in and the price magically increased yet another $10.00.
