great service, plus constructed template guided by experience of renting out units. Was generous to repeat themselves and onwards with the customer service experience wanted at a storage unit. really happy!
Easy as pie! Staff was very knowledgeable, provided us with the options, listened to our needs and provided a good recommendation. From there we got set up in about 15 minutes!!!!

My experience with Extra Space Storage in Goleta was a great experience. Robert Lopez and the team answered all my questions and made the process so easy. We needed a short term storage between apartments and even needed to extend our stay by a fee days as our new move in date changed. I have been a customer at it extra storage space since 2017 with the are reasonably priced . And their customer service is amazing . I recently had to acquire another storage due to the passing of my son. They again met me with amazing customer service. I received a storage unit right next to the one I've already had they drive up and will ask and check anything for him if I need anything and they will assist you in anything they do Robert is amazing and deserves some kudos for as much hands on care if he's giving us Go with... read more
