This disgusting company doesn't answer the phone, I've called over and over again to no avail. The owner or PR person left me a fake, caring respond on my review to call them so we may resolve the issue, but they do not answer- I've called numerous times. The only time these crooks answer the phone is for new business, if you're behind on payments (assuming a new payment on their end) , and not to mention but not only do they treat their customers terrible but they must treat their employees bad as well due their attitude ... read more

How this company has the rating it does is very suspect. Let me tell you what kind of a business this really is. When I first looked to rent from them in June 2021, the cost for a 10x10 unit was about $200. When I arrived in July, they had raised the rent to $394. Why? Because the severe housing shortage in the Santa Barbara area increased massively. UCSB students living in their cars were eventually moved into motels and middle-class people like me, who just relocated here ended up couch-surfing, unable to find work immedia... read more

Got locked inside the storage place because I was packing in my stuff and lost track of time. So I called them to unlock the gate, which they did! But the next morning they called me to yell at me??? and they told me if I get locked in again they will take away my access code to get into the storage unit??? what kind of customer service is this??? did I just get threatened... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went in and reserved a storage unit a week ago from them and got a call a week before I needed it saying they gave it to someone else even though I had it in writing that they gave me the last unit. If you want a dependable storage unit company, look elsewhere. Employees had major attitudes and were not willing to help me get a new unit.
