I have been a customer at it extra storage space since 2017 with the are reasonably priced . And their customer service is amazing . I recently had to acquire another storage due to the passing of my son. They again met me with amazing customer service. I love Extra Space Storage I wouldn't store my stuff with anybody else cleaners storage facility I've ever encountered I'm very safe knowing my stuff is being stored with Extra Space Storage I know my things won't be ruined or stolen I highly recommend Extra Space Storage

For cleanliness, help from Robert, and accessibility, Extra Storage Space deserves 5 stars. I had to store all belongings for about 5 months in one of the larger units, and afterwards, once I had moved, switched to a much smaller unit, storing the remainder of my boxes for over a year and a half. This past week I moved the rest of the boxes and closed my account. I was looking for a storage unit for business purposes and knowing this business was close to my house, I decided to call and see if there were available units. They didn't have a lot of units available but I was able to get one of the last ones. To reserve this unit was surprisingly easy and seamless. THE best! The units are clean, well maintained, and closely monitored. But, more importantly, the staff at Extra Space in Goleta are great! They are attentive, professional, and kind. I've stored in several places from Carpinteria to Buellton. Extra Space's Goleta location is undoubtedly the best.
