Sorry for the late post, but we had a really good experience here. Jamiea helped us and showed us a few different units and answered all our questions without rushing us. Super friendly and easy to talk to -- made the whole process smooth and simple. Definitely appreciated the great customer service!

Moving out of my storage unit felt less like a task and more like an emotional documentary about poor decisions. I stood surrounded by boxes filled with memories, regrets, and items I clearly bought while unsupervised. 1. The service! Yes it is perfectly wonderful considering they don't have a large crew. Lisa is wonderful! I swear my ex has become her friend and she always watches out for him. 2. The quality of the storage rooms. Excellent with the newer facility earning this review 5 stars because it has motion detection lights in all the storage units, an elevator, flatbed dollies, and a toilet!!!!! 3. Prices! Very good prices for the size of the rooms. Ask Lisa if there are any good deals going on!!! Tell her I sent you!
Using Extra Space Storage was a great experience. Getting started with "Lisa", the onsite contact was so easy. She made me feel very comfortable and informed. I highly recommend renting storage at this location! :)
