Sarah did an amazing job in showing me the facility and getting me set up. She even stayed past 6 pm to make sure I didn't need to come an additional time - much appreciated and really great job!
People work there, they are very nice and friendly and very helpful
Lisa, Sara and Rene were very very helpful AND accommodating WHILE I was stressing with my moving from one storage to another storage. Very friendly and nice.
My total experience was one of comfort and peace. The space is clean and easy to access. Excellent customer service. The Ryan and Sarah I think were the names both were warm and friendly. (I’m a senior citizen we appreciate kindness) I will recommend this location to all my friends.
I was very impressed with the superior level of customer service I received from Sarah, the agent at the El Sobrante, CA San Pablo Dam Rd facility who assisted me in opening up my new account and storage locker at this fantastic brand new facility (as of March 2025). She exhibited an exemplary level of professionalism, smiled, was courteous, and answered all my questions enthusiastically. My visit to the site was insightful and helped me decide to get my storage unit here. Lessa was very helpful and very informative on my needs. I couldn't unfortunately store my car but I did get my storage unit for my things. Accessing my unit was super easy and the process of moving things was very chill as we were not constrained on time like in another place. I honestly should have come here first for all my storage needs instead of the other place I have another storage at.

Very clean well lit hallways was able to get and out of gate with no problems I have easy access to my storage unit Lesea was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know she answered my questions and concerns I felt safe I’m happy I chose this storage place.
