I've been with them for a while and the people here have always been very nice and helpful. This includes my last time when I went and called the office. The person was in a meeting and someone from their Orinda? location answered the phone and helped me out. Also, the people who work in these locations, even when they are subbing for the regular employees are nice as pie and that feels good. They got rid of the payment machine outside which is fine. It was super easy setting up an account online. Shortly after my account was set up I received a phone call from the property manager Lesea. She was very informative, really nice and made the process a breeze.

Would give this location 20 Stars if I could. This is the first time I have ever been to Extra Space Storage and so very glad I picked this particular location. Very great people. The Ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing and so very helpful. Amazingly clean place. Anytime I have needed to go to the front desk someone is always at the desk to answer any questions.. Never met these Ladies a day in my life, but feel I have known them forever. I highly recommend this place.
