Central location near Northpark Mall. Easy access and pretty large facility. Close for SMU students needing to store things. Climate controlled. Easy access from both sides of building. Rolling dollies are usually by each door.
Always had a good experience here especially with Casey when it comes to paying over the phone, and even when I'm locked out the building.
How refreshing to meet such professionals! And be helped in a timely manner. Clean clean clean. Highly recommend!

All around wonderful experience. We needed temporary storage when our new house wasn't ready. Leina was extremely helpful and assisted us in getting a 2nd unit across the hall last minute when all our stuff didn't fit in one unit. When we moved out on a Sunday, even though the office was closed, Leina once again helped in keeping the automatic doors open and proactively offered to let our movers use the office bathroom, even though it was closed. My family had a storage unit for my mother when she moved out of her house. The facility is clean and has easy access to the units. There is a security code to access the door to the units, which gives you additional comfort knowing your belongings are safe and secure. luis was so extremely helpful from the second we walked in!! the facility is unbelievably clean (THANK GOD) and the manager lina even convinced us to get a bigger storage. so grateful we listened to her because all of my belongings would have definitely not fit in the original storage i rented !

After I finally had help from other renters there, how to slide the bar close to where the lock goes, how to get the lock into a opening then lock it back, I knew I chose the best location.
