The facility is quite clean, but they raised our rent after only a few months. The letter we received says that they needed to raise our monthly charge since "market rates" had gone up. This was disappointing to hear, especially given that the price on their website for our unit is actually less than when we first leased our unit four months ago. Beware of the bait and switch.
