disappointed in the customer service this company is FEE hungry will charge u for every little thing and not for the customer .... they are all smiles before u sign and will greet you well but when it comes dwn to helping the customer out on a fee they wont ever get back at you or the "supervisor" will never get back to you try simply storage they have better customer service all around

The only restroom on-site when the office is closed has been broken for 3 months and I just learned the company has no plans to fix.

I rented a storage space with this location. Due to Covid-19 pandemic I was trying to keep my niece's family in their home. I am 33 days late. I get a call from Rob the manager saying "I am just saying you have to pay $413.60 or else we are going to hit you with additional craziness and fees!" This was a Demand pay us or we are going to hit you with additional craziness and fees and Auction. I tried to make 1 payment with late fees to make it just 3 days late. Please don't rent from here!!! I specifically asked when I moved in how often they would go up on renting a space and was told by the manager that they would not go up within the year. LIE!!! they went up 2 times and now I'm almost paying $160.00 to rent a space. Started off around $120.00. Don't do it to yourself!!!

Rented a unit and was placed in the basement- Over Thanksgiving, get a call that I might want to come look at my unit that it might be flooded. I get there, almost a foot of water in most of the basement! Nobody there trying to fix or correct. Finally get in touch with a manager and she says- Oh yeah it has happened many times! The bldg floods all the time. I pull all my things out and luckily the only thing ruined was my King size mattress and box springs. Very Very expensive. They charge 22 fee just to rent and make you get high price insurance.

This place puts up its prices "to keep with market value". I was told when I first complained about the increase of rent, that I was given a discounted price because I looked like I couldn't afford it at the full price!! You have to wait until 0930 until the office opened up and then they maybe on time or not!!! They say it's climate controlled, it's hot has hell in here. As soon as we can, we will be changing to a different company!! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Reasons I feel the experience was not up to par: 1) I was told it was okay to have movers at facility to move in at 9:00am, when we arrived the facility was close and did not open until 9:30am. (This was a weekday) 2) This was on April 2nd and I still have not received a call from the district manager to discuss event. The facility is quite clean, but they raised our rent after only a few months. The letter we received says that they needed to raise our monthly charge since "market rates" had gone up. This was disappointing to hear, especially given that the price on their website for our unit is actually less than when we first leased our unit four months ago. Beware of the bait and switch.
