The staff of this location of Extra Space Storage exemplify the best in customer service. Tony, Angela, and KL are so friendly and helpful. They make it very, very easy to lease a storage unit, and the facility is not only climate controlled but very clean. Highly recommended.

I had a totally positive experience using this storage place, which was my first time ever renting a storage unit. The staff were friendly, professional, and kind, and they clearly explained all the details to my full satisfaction. I was equally appreciative of how helpful the manager Tony and assistant manager Lawrence were on the phone in answering all my questions when I was making the reservation. And the facility is clean and seems very protected and safe. I would recommend this place highly to anyone.
Linda and Lawrence were very helpful. I had reserved a 10' x 10' unit, and when I saw it, realized it would be too small. Lawrence showed me a 10' x 15" unit on the fly, which was the perfect fit, and it was really convenient to the loading dock. Everything was spotless, too. If I need extra storage again, I will definitely return.
Friendly, fast service. Clean property. Great prices! Would definitely recommend this facility to others!
I think most storage places are sort of creepy but this place is actually very neat and clean. The building entrances are well lit and surveillance cameras are scattered through the facility, indoor and out. The manager lives on the property and normally works in the office during the day.
extra space storage at 13705 montfort, lena the manager, locked me out of the facility. i always pay my fee on time. lena accused me of trolling the airport, there are 3 in dfw. the time is 6 a.m. unti 10 p.m. at 7:05 p.m. i was locked out. i have had problems with her since she took over.
