This is my first place ever storing anything and the only place If I can help it. Rhiannon has made the entire process very easy and we really enjoy working with her whenever we have questions or need something. She has gone over and beyond for us! Happy I found you guys!

It's really unfortunate that not everyone had the same incredible experience I had with this location! Just wow! There's not enough stars on Yelp to give this place! I mailed very large boxes from across the country, on multiple occasions, to be received by the staff and put into my storage unit. Within minutes of the boxes' arrivals, I received text messages from Rhiannon, the general manager. Just impeccable service and professionalism! Was able to secure a storage close to UNLV and called extra space storage for more information on air cooled VS climate controlled. The worker who answered on the main corporate line was very helpful and got my reservation setup and told me a worker from the location would be calling me to follow up. Jennifer was also very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining all the charges. Everything was done and signed online with no problems. It's not often that I need storage units so I was happy this was a pain free experience. Prices can be a little misleading. My first free month turned into a $100+ bill. But overall, Tony at the front desk is THE MAN!!! I absolutely loved his customer service.

Jay was incredibly helpful! Had to open a storage unit for my grandparents and he was fully understanding and helped us step by step through the whole process. The property is very clean and there is always someone around to help.

Hey this place is nice and contacted me quick from my initial inquiry online. I'm also interested in their auctions they have. Lol the staff are nice! Oh also it's very clean. I also noticed they have vehicle storage and camper storage. I don't have either but that's still neat! Lol
