My experience with their RV storage has been pretty disappointing. We rented a space a with a 14 foot high ceiling. Unfortunately our space ended up sitting vacant for two months while our rig was being repaired. When we finally get the RV over to ExtraSpace it won't fit. My rig is under 12 1/2 foot tall. I use 13' foot for my minimum space requirement when driving just to be safe. 14' should have left me more than a foot to spare but my satellite was almost ripped off.

Moved my stuff into a 10x15 unit and less then a month later it was broken into along with all the units next to mine. These locking systems are so janky that they did not need to remove the lock to open. Easily pride open and lifted the door. Employees were not much help. You guys need to fix your cheap ass doors or get some security.

Used to be a SmartStop. Prices got raised and service became subpar. Had to come back more than a few times in a day because the staff was gone for hours. Plus no carts to be found. There was a very strong gag-inducing decaying smell on the second floor for weeks which they did nothing about. Security guy is funny though and gets a kick out of the people who stay late after the gate is closed.
