Honestly you can find way better locations or even businesses. This location is a joke. And now for Christmas they raised the rent almost $80. Went from being the most affordable to the same as everywhere else and trust me a 10x15 unit for $214 at this dump isn't worth it. Bunch of crack heads renting spaces there to hide their bs and their drugs and it's just all around ghetto. I plan on switching units asap if they really think their sh!t hole is worth what they are trying to charge.

Tenant here since November 2022. Upon move gate was broken. Has not been fixed in 9 months " we are waiting for parts" "waiting for approval" "getting fixed soon". Homeless people roam this facility due to easy entry access and a/c. Upon move out as a new tenant was moving in I heard " the gate is broken but we have someone fixing it soon" . Good luck with that. Not the safest part of town .

I have been with the storage place for quite a few years. My trailer under the covered parking in their unit was burglarized. I had called them and they weren't even apologetic. Said when they can they will look at video and still haven't. I pay $195 a month for my RV to stay safe . So if not safe, why pay ? I was really disappointed with them. Will still try to get resolved .

There's a Latin lady working at this location that refuses to honor the online specials. Also had another employee when I was renting here offered me the better deal that was online so I moved out of my unit they rented it to someone else and they refused to honor that deal. I've had several bad experiences with people at this location. I rented here in other states and other locations this is the only one I've really had problems at. I do not recommend this location. They deal underhandedly with people.

Started off with rent of $101.00. Five payments later they raised the rent to $116.00. Eight payments after that they raised it to $130.00. That's a huge increase in a little over a year. Close to 30%. My payments are scheduled for autopay and occur automatically. They didn't cash my last check (which was for the old amount, $116) and sent me a default letter. Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! Beware!!! Go to a better place to store your stuff !! Their gates are crazy and close super fast on your vehicle.....The manager said you need to drive through them faster, and they are not responsible for any damage. It's cheap for a reason. Garbage maintenance and to bad if you get hurt here. If it happens to you, YOU have been warned !! Contact me and I will vouch every word I said here as truth.

My experience with their RV storage has been pretty disappointing. We rented a space a with a 14 foot high ceiling. Unfortunately our space ended up sitting vacant for two months while our rig was being repaired. When we finally get the RV over to ExtraSpace it won't fit. My rig is under 12 1/2 foot tall. I use 13' foot for my minimum space requirement when driving just to be safe. 14' should have left me more than a foot to spare but my satellite was almost ripped off.

Moved my stuff into a 10x15 unit and less then a month later it was broken into along with all the units next to mine. These locking systems are so janky that they did not need to remove the lock to open. Easily pride open and lifted the door. Employees were not much help. You guys need to fix your cheap ass doors or get some security.
