The prices are about average. The location plus poorly secured facility is not ideal. I am getting my stuff out right after Christmas. I only needed a temporary place for a few items. If I was needing something longer term I'd look elsewhere.
Jason is the absolute best! Very professional and knows the storage business. He honored my online discounted price and made me feel right at home. The facility is very clean, however, a few suspect homeless people hang around from time to time. No worries, there's cameras throughout!!! Just inform Jason and he'll take care of it!!!
Looked online for affordable storage, immediately this company came up. As soon as I called, I was given afforadable rates and they held a storage unit for me. Then, a few minutes later Jay called me, happy - polite - professional, to see how soon I wanted the unit and when I could come by. When my family & I arrived, he was absolutely amazing! I was welcome by a very warm, friendly man named Joaquin at Store #1735 located at 4770 S. Pecos Road here in Las Vegas, Nevada. Joaquin was great to answer all questions that I had. He took me up to my actual unit to make sure I was sasitfied with what I was renting, and it was. Joaquin did everything quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of the office with ease. This is what you get parking here. You're on your own you have to file a useless police report just to see camera footage. Extra space doesn't offer anything for compensation. $500 bike stolen plus $300 to fix the window.

The online price said $18. When I got there the price went to $21. When it came time to sign the application after answering questions about what I was actually storing, which really is none of their business, the guy tacked-on another $16+ for insurance, and after a $30 "administration fee," the internet deal of $18 was a distant memory and had turned into a cost of $40 for the smallest unit. I had my RV parked here for about 2 years, it was convenient for awhile, but ended up getting stolen during business hours by people who had opened a unit there the day before, cased the place, then just broke in through the window, stripped the ignition and drove the RV out of the gate. The staff was very helpful in getting the camera footage and communicating with the cops and insurance company (that is why this is 2 star and not 1 star), but this location has a lot of seedy people hanging around the area so be aware of th... read more

I paid more for the cooled air unit but there was literally no cool air and was an oven in there. They said it was gonna be fixed and it wasn't. If you love having a heat stroke every time you go to your storage this is for you. Definitely don't recommend this place.
