Very clean and spacious spaces. Plenty of parking spaces. The rate was affordable for the size of unit I was looking for and staff /manager is courteous and very helpful.
They are awesome especially assistant manager Nikki Bray. I was helping a friend move who was going through some challenges and she could not have been kinder, more professional or responsive. Thank you!!!!
Had such a wonderful experience! Quick, friendly, and helpful service when I needed moving supplies in a pinch. Will be coming back to the Clarendon Extra Space Storage again!

My experience with Extra Space Storage was phenomenal, thanks to store manger Selam Giday at the North Fillmore location. I've never rented a storage unit before, and Selam walked me through every single step of the process right when I arrived. When I was conflicted between renting a 5 by 5 vs a 5 by 10, Selam was so patient, kind, thoughtful and asked me about all the specifics of my storage needs. I went in to simply purchase boxes for my upcoming move and had the best experience. The woman that helped me was extremely kind and we had a nice conversation. During these stressful times, it's nice to know businesses still value their customers!

As a graduating university student in the middle of relocation within the DC area, I needed a convenient storage option for the summer. The rates here are definitely competitive with the surrounding area (especially if you take advantage of the cheaper web rates!)
