Extra Space Storage is located very conviently in Clarendon. Not only is there an area for parking (you don't have to pay for), but they also provide a large area for loading and unloading with flatbed carts. I used this facility short term, between my move. The store manager, Monique, is very friendly, professional, and communicative. As long as you explain your requirements for space, contract term, and needs; she is very clear on the policies, unit contract requirements and how they can accomodate. Akbar Bux was so great. We were in a pinch, and he made the whole situation painless and smooth. He was so courteous, professional, and kind, and we would go back to the location just to deal with him again. Thanks Akbar!

I have had an excellent experience with the front office of this facility and agree that Akbar does all he can to make things work. The same is true of the senior onsite manager--she was also very helpful. I find the facility in good condition overall and easy to use. Yes, it is expensive and there are a number of rules, but this reflects an expensive neighborhood.

Mr Akbar he is an outstanding employee / human being He literally made my move and my little son's move from San Francisco to Arlington Va so smooth and less worries with his professional knowledge, his kindness and his honesty, We are so pleased to have met Mr. Akbar and he made our experience with extra space storage so easy and enjoyable like we are family, million thanks He should be training people how to deal with customers in my humble opinion :-) Maria Griffin

Like this place. Nice area of town but still tucked away. Well lite at night, easy to access and not far from restaurants.

The facility is very clean, well lit, and climate controlled. Monique is always helpful and wearing a smile. They offer boxes, locks, and all the packing supplies that you will need. The rolling carts in the loading bay are large enough and sturdy enough to handle getting your things onto and off of the oversized elevators going to and from your unit. Overall... A great urban storage facility at competitive rates.

I was very satisfied with Extra Space. I was able to reserve a space the same day, and I didn't need to sign a long-term contract. Marlow was very helpful and courteous. I recommend Extra Space Storage very highly!

Fantastic location in Clarendon, very clean facilities (got one of the temp controlled units as I had wood furniture to store), and also professional staff. Highly recommend!
