I have used this facility twice in the past two years and I can honestly say that the customer service I received was unparalleled. I was running late from loading up my room and was not going to make it to the facility before it closed. I called the store and Monique was so unbelievable helpful and accommodating. She kept the store open 30 mins past closing for me. Monique is incredibly sweet, helpful, and a ultimate example of excellent customer service. Thanks Monique!

We had a good experience signing up for the storage space. It was very easy to reserve a space online. The manager Monique was very helpful in walking us through our options. The facility is clean and secure with easy parking.

I booked online and showed up the next day to sign my lease and get my unit. No problems, and the manager was very nice and helpful walking me through the door codes and loading dock access. I moved my stuff in without any trouble. Clean and well run storage facility.

The people are friendly. When I opened my rental, I was walked through the process and documentation in a manner that was respectful, explanatory, but not patronizing. Access to the facility is easy, and on-site the staff gladly answer questions at any time. I have automatic credit card pay and never have a problem with payment. The facility is clean from storefront to storage room hallway. My climate-controlled unit is consistently cool and dry. Storage companies are in general slimy businesses. They prey on human weaknesses. I've dealt with others, and this is the best I've dealt with. Recently I switched from a 5x10 unit to a 5x5 unit. Not only was I prorated the difference between the rents, but the attendant went out of her way to locate a free unit that was near our old one, so moving the stuff wouldn't take too long. Rent elsewhere. Extra Space Storage is overpriced. If you do happen to find a reasonable rate, you can be guaranteed that it will increase after 4 months. Not a minimal increase either. Don't say you weren't warned. Scroll down and look at the other reviews. In some cases, you can expect an increase of 75-100%.Yes, after your 4th month. They have onsite parking, which is great. This place is a circus. I waited in a dirty, empty reception area for 20 minutes before "Store Manager" Selam Giday walked through the front door carrying a plate of take out food, wearing yoga pants, no uniform or name tag, and angrily began to 'assist' me from behind the desk. I had to sue these sleazy scumbags in small claims court after they raised my rent by 100%. They took the money out of my account without authorization. The lady at the front desk arrogantly told me to "call the police." These people are dirty criminals.
