Horrible people. You will regret coming here. They actually yell at passerbyers in case they are thinking about parking in their lot.

The customer service is amazing, however it, unfortunately, is outweighed by the aging facility. There are 2 elevators with very tricky security codes. We purchased a temperature controlled unit of the top floor and there was a water leak into the unit which ruined a carpet and some other items. It can get quite busy with people vying for the elevators and loading dock area. So, overall- I would advise another facility.

It's a trap. I moved in two years ago into a medium sized unit for a reasonable price. The facility is clean and well manage but... in the course of my tenure the unit's price has doubled in a couple of steps. I called to see where it was going and what the price change policy was and was told it raises to "market rate" whenever it is "needed". They would not tell me when or if it would be raised again. I'm disappointed to know Monique is still employed with Extra Space, as well as her manager, Ciro. My complaint with this company is about to go into arbitration through the Better Business Bureau in Salt Lake City, Utah, the headquarters of Extra Space. I hope the legal department at Extra Space becomes familiar with these two. They were cut throat and heartless in my case. "Mistakes were made and lessons were learned" was not an appropriate response by management nor very helpful.

DONT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY! This place is HORRIBLE. Not secure and very poorly run. The management is very unprofessional. The front desk also is always on break- hard to get a hold of if you need anything.

Employees weren't willing to stay 10 minutes passed 6pm for we could sign paper work because we were stuck in traffic. Called public storage and they were willing to stay for free and give us a cheaper rate on the same exact size unit we had at extra space. Wouldn't recommend them, don't care about their clients needs. GO TO PUBLIC STORAGE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, simply for the horrible customer service. I hate a horrible experience. They essentially lied to me. I was told that I would be notified via e-mail when I would have to pay payment was due, but was only notified by phone after my payment was due, and was told that I would have to pay a late fee. I asked about this initially when I rented the storage unit about paying my bill and was specifically told that I would receive an e-mail notification.
