Isai was really kind , helpful . He walked me through every step and walked me through the units make sure I don't get lost, and to the process since it was my first time doing it. He even catch a mistake on my account and promptly corrected it. It was a must for me ,making sure I leave him a review. Good job to Isai , He deserves a raise.

extra storage space was awesome to me and i received a1 service every time I needed assistance. there was this one employee (female) with beautiful locs she made sure I was settled before closing out my storage unit. she was great help may I suggest giving her a promotion?

George is great and so helpful. We got our unit last minute and it's secure and was easy to take furniture from our truck to the unit. And has parking lot. Slightly more expensive than other options in Boston but the unit and security of the facility are great and we like it

My sister recently moved from DC to Boston and was in need of a storage unit for some of her stuff which didn't fit into her apartment. I originally went with the U-Haul based storage complex on Massachusetts Ave in Boston, however, when I arrived and checked out the unit, it was full of trash, rat feces, and there were people clearly on drugs coming in and out of the building. Came here to buy supplies for moving. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Prices for mattress protectors, quilts and glassware protection was reasonable.
