I went to just check prices and sizes. And left with a storage unit. It was very clean in the office and facility, the guy at the desk was nice and funny. He asked my interest and showed me 3 different units. And even told me the prices and possible price if it was to go up in a few months. I was very satisfied he was great!

I am so grateful to the staff of Extra Space Storage. I have used them to house my items for work for four years now. They help to receive my deliveries when I cannot be present. My storage unit has never had any issue with pests or insects. I am able to drive-up and grab whatever I need with 24-access. I would highly recommend Extra Space to house whatever you need!

Vanessa has some of the best customer service ive ever experienced she is knowledgeable and has a great attitude I walked into the office and she had the phone ringing off the hook and she still managed to give me quality assistance and everyone calling her shes a natural!

Overall, I had a positive experience with this location. I definitely appreciated the customer service of the Assistant Store Manager, Tracy W. He was helpful over the phone and very helpful in person in the office as well with any questions or concerns. Something I appreciated about him is that he said over the phone, "I like to treat people how I would want to be treated," and he definitely lives up to that. I would recommend this location if you are in need of storage help :)

The staffing is very helpful in following up. Great costumer service is provided. Facility is nicely keep clean with good security safety rules. Really like the location of establishment. Tracy was a great help on getting me the right storage unit needed.
