Shame on you extra storage space, raising the monthly fees once again. As I do a little research on these storage companies I find that I am not protected as a customer, I am just a dollar sign. So as I set her thinking of a plan. I have decided it's time to stop giving these crazy, echo driven and money hungry people my hard earn money. Do not put your stuff here. Over $1,000 worth of my stuff was stolen within 3 weeks of it being here. My iPad, vacuum, vitamix blender, my hard drives, and so much miscellaneous stuff that I had packed together are literally gone. I rented here for a month last year in a climate controlled unit, read the negative reviews and was very skeptical. My stuff was ok last time so I gave it another chance. Biggest mistake ever. I have been a customer who of Extra Space in Lancaster so I chose this company again when needed a month ago. I reserved online but asked my husband to take care if things I was just too exhausted. He did so and we moved in. The property was nice and clean. I didn't see any trash cans so it was inconvenient to have to keep it trash. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THEY BURGLARIZE UNITS OFTEN!!! First the manager and assistant manager here at this place give the worse customer service i have ever experience.
