Please don't go here! The employees fake their ratings by asking you if you can hand them your phone to write a good review! Pretty easy to think it would deserve 5 stars because they treat you nicely when you're getting your locks and code, afterwards they become cold. The only pro for this establishment is the amount of clearance it has to be able to work outside, that's it. Other than that the staff treat you horribly. Horrible customer service. Management and staff is not attentive or professional what so ever. Rented a upstairs storage space off website which listed amenities that are not even available. ONE OF THOSE KEY AMENITIES BEING AN ELEVATOR. Shame on you extra storage space, raising the monthly fees once again. As I do a little research on these storage companies I find that I am not protected as a customer, I am just a dollar sign. So as I set her thinking of a plan. I have decided it's time to stop giving these crazy, echo driven and money hungry people my hard earn money. Do not put your stuff here. Over $1,000 worth of my stuff was stolen within 3 weeks of it being here. My iPad, vacuum, vitamix blender, my hard drives, and so much miscellaneous stuff that I had packed together are literally gone. I rented here for a month last year in a climate controlled unit, read the negative reviews and was very skeptical. My stuff was ok last time so I gave it another chance. Biggest mistake ever. I have been a customer who of Extra Space in Lancaster so I chose this company again when needed a month ago. I reserved online but asked my husband to take care if things I was just too exhausted. He did so and we moved in. The property was nice and clean. I didn't see any trash cans so it was inconvenient to have to keep it trash. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! THEY BURGLARIZE UNITS OFTEN!!! First the manager and assistant manager here at this place give the worse customer service i have ever experience.
