Tracy W. At ExtraSpace storage helped me amazingly when I was in need of a great and safe storage space. His professionalism with showing me around the premises and navigating through how to use our passcode to get In the storage area and out . Thanks Tracy for helping making the process easy and efficient as I was in a rush to get to work .
Customer service was impeccable. The gentleman that assisted me was Tracy. He was very detailed in explaining everything. This is my first time getting a storage unit and he made it a pleasant experience.

I rented s storage unit from mp is was completely hassle free. Luckily I had a gentleman help me by the name of Tracy. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about the size of unit I needed. I am glad that I chose this location.

What an awesome person to be greeted by at Extra Space Storage. I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Emma Ash. I was in a serious dilemma and my time frame was short. I first spoke over the phone with her and explained some of the situation to her. She says come on in;I will have what you are looking for. Well after getting there and meeting her, I was even more pleased!! Professional (understatement)!!! emma is the freaking best customer service rep !!! here i cant stress that enough my grandma and i have had a storage here for over a year and will continue to do business here shout out to emma from little kasey ana maria and little ana keep up the good work this extra space storage location is most definitely the one i will recommend! thank you emma and employees for always keeping it nice and clean
Clean location fast service friendly employees fully gated and locked building parking inside and out. Only difficult part is the u-turn and that's only if you have a big truck.
